Each person is unique and so is each training plan, so we don’t promise a timeline to change your running form. Not only do the severity of the liabilities determine how long it will take, but it also depends on how much time and effort you devote to executing your assigned plan.
Changing biomechanics means teaching your body to use different muscles in a different order. This will take time to strengthen muscles, bones, ligaments, and tendons. Due to our modern lifestyle, some muscles are deconditioned, so re-awakening them can cause some soreness. Depending on how much you need to change in your current running form, expect to be sore for the first few days to the first few weeks.
Currently, we only offer asynchronous analysis and do not offer in-person or virtual training. However, if there is enough interest, we may reconsider. Please contact us through the “contact us” page.
Born to Run was a great book in that it brought running the front of mind for many Americans. We believe that running at competition velocities is similar to any other sport, and just like other sports, you must learn the correct technique to be competitive and safe. Unlike other sports, running technique is not appreciated. This is great for the people to take it seriously because you can gain a competitive advantage.
